Abimbola Abiona holds a BSc. Accounting (First class honours) from University of Ife ,1987 and MSC Finance from University of Lagos,1993/94. Heisa Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria.
Abimbola joined the international firm of Deloitte Adetona Isichei & Co.a sa Trainee Accountant/Audit Junior shortly after his NYSC service in 1988. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 and was promoted an Audit Senior in January 1990. Mr. Abiona was involved in the Planning and execution of Audit,Tax and Accountancy assignments for clients, notable ones being: First Bank Plc. Afribank Nigeria Plc.& Nigerian Bottling Co.Plc.(Coca-Cola).
He led the team that carried out the inaugural audit of Devcom Merchant Bank and subsequently joined the bank in 1990 as part of a team employed to standardize its information system. After the successful completion of the task, he was moved to Corporate Finance (Leasing & syndication) and later attended the International Treasury course at American express Bank,London after which he came back to set up the International Treasury department of the bank.He
was at different times Head of Leasing & Syndication and Financing Controller while at the bank. Since leaving the bank,Mr. Abiona has functioned as Chief Finance Officer in Germaine Auto Centre And Bi-Courtney Group before joining people of like minds to form the firm.
Mr. Abiona pioneered the idea of yellow pages in CD format in Nigeria when in 1999 he launched the first Isosceles Yellow pageson CD.

He has also served as the Finance and Contract Manager,Water Supply and Sanitation Sector Reform Programme for Osun State under the European Union Water and Sanitation Sector reform programme. He has, to his credit ,superlative results on audit of banks receipts and remittances for FIRS,Tax Administration Improvement initiatives and back duty audit for Lagos State.

Dr Oreitan Adigun obtained a First Class Division in Agric-Economics in 1994 as the first student to graduate with a First Class Honours from the Department of Agric Economics,University of Agriculture,Abeokuta, Nigeria.He has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics (PhD grade) from the Department of Economics, University of Ibadan in 1998. He got a PhD in Financial Economics in 2019 from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology,Ogbomoso,Nigeria.He is a Fellow Chartered Institute of Administration and also a Fellow Institutes of Management Consultant.
He work edasan Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Management Science, LAUTECH Ogbomoso till January 1999 when he changed his career by joining NALMERCHANT BANK PLC ,Marina,Lagos.He worked in Domestic Operations Department and was promoted three times between year 2000-2002.He was the best staff of the year 2001.After working for three years, he left NAL Merchant Bank for First Bank in year 2002. He was appointed as Regional Manager in charge of marketing in South Western Nigeria for FIRST BANK PLC between
2002-2004. He worked with ACCESS BANK PLC from July 2004 and December 2005 in Lagos, Ibadan and Osogbo. Dr Oreitan Adigun was the first staff to be employed by ZENITH BANK PLC in the year 2006 where he worked till August 2013 .He made alot impacts while in Zenith Bank.He was honoured as the best marketing staff in 2008 & 2009 .He was head hunted by Price Water house Coopers in October 2013 for Union Bank of Nigeria Plc to join there branding team of the Bank. Soji Obilana graduated with Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Ilorin in 1986. He later qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988. He started his professional career with C.O.Ohwojero & Co.(Chartered Accountants) in 1987 after the NYSC program. He later joined the firm of Adetona Isichei & Co.(formerly Deloitte Haskins & Sells) in 1988.Soji qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 1988 and rose to the position of Audit Supervisor before leaving Deloitte to join Credite Bank Nigeria Ltd .in 1991.
He left Credite Bank in 1995 to join the pioneering team of Kakawa Discount House Ltd. where he started as the pioneer Operations/Settlement Manager with responsibility for daily settlement of the trading transactions of the house.He was later redeployed to the Internal Control Department as the Chief Inspector of the company.He left the Audit department to setup the Credit Administration
function .He left Kakawa Discount House Limited to become the pioneer Financial Controller of Future View Securities Limited (a front line stock broking and Investment company).
Mr. Obilana left Future View in 2002 to be the Managing Partner of Olusoji Obilana Associates,a firm of Chartered Accountants from where he joined Abiona Araoye & Co.as the Partner,Tax Advisory Services.
He is happily married with children.
